Description
The client is a Restaurant and Bar operating in the busy city of Kingston, Jamaica. The challenge they faced was that, for their lunch meal services, customers have difficulties in reaching to them physically due to the extreme traffic and long lines in the busy area that they are located. Also, they desired to have an improved stock management system on a centralized platform such that stock is accounted for whether purchases are done in person or online. The old IT solutions were uncoordinated tech platforms requiring costly maintenance and support. Me and my team came in and developed a supreme eCommerce platform with online payment features to replace those systems automating key business processes for trade and convenience to customers.
